I bet this thread/topic is not updated, but to give you the idea right now crypto market are is recovering so do not panic. People who panic sell of course they will lose a lot of money on it, but if your one of the few who holds the coins you will not lose anything. Just have the patience to hold your coins in order to avoid big losses and regrets in the long run. If you're a good trader if the market turns red, you will buy and hold it again. This is applicable for those coins who have largest trade volume which is BTC and ETH has it.
