I also flagged this project myself, and it is sad to me, that only 11% of the community has flagged this project.

Here are some reasons to flag this project if you have not done so already.

1) This contract used the wings constructor, rather than a custom contract integration, meaning, kyc is not implementd, and since os university has stated kyc will be done, this contract cannot be used, thus, the crowdsale contract they use in the token sale, will not be this one, meaning, there is no guarantee of being awarded no matter how close your forecast is.

2) There pre-sale ends today, and this is the address used for the crowdsale.

All funds sent to the presale address are then sent to this address.

as you can see, there is only 16.88 ETH (11,485.00 worth of eth) in the presale wallet, and like i said, the presale ends in 5 hours, and has been running for a few months.

Now, i want to point out, that i dug a little deeper, and in fact, they have received more than 16.88 eth to this address. A little more than 50 ETH to be exact. How the hell do people think this project will raise millions in the main token sale, when they only raised 25,000 in over two months!!!
With 58K telegram followers? Give me a break...

Now, you ask, if they collected over 50 ETH in the presale, how come there is only 16.88 eth left in the presale wallet?

Is this a scam?

I cannot say for sure, but it is very odd to me how little they have collected during the presale, and what they have been doing with their funds.

Also, how can they be trusted to build a product on blockchain technology, when they do not even know how to build a custom contract to implement with wings in order to have KYC which they stated they will have.

Also, there is no softcap. Why is this bad?
Softcaps, are a way for a project to say, this is the minimum amount of money we need to follow our roadmap, and if we cannot reach this minimum amount, we will return your money to you, as we will not be able to build this product.

Guys, if you have not flagged this project, in my opinion, you are doing a disservice to the blockchain community and the people investing their money into projects of low quality and or that will not be able to have the funds needed to follow thru with their roadmap.

I urge the WINGS community to flag this project, lets help protect investors from low quality ico's

Scam or not, this project is going to be a major flop, IMHO
