Well, after all my complains, I want to be fair and give the last outcome regarding this topic.
That's the e-mail I received today:
https://ibb.co/k9QiuHSo, to conclude all. Yeah, they unlocked the withdraws in my account and it's working normally already.
They did block my faucets though, what didn't make a lot of sense for me why, but to me it doesn't make any difference, since I don't really use them.
So, being fair and square, they were honest at the end, I am not gonna be hypocrite and just leave my complains here, and they did give the money back.
They did take 4 days to do it though, what is still a point to improve, but you know, may be the analysis process...
Thank y'all here who gave me any hint or even an explanation, I really appreciate it, it did help me a lot!
