Yes, they still are. It was slow, but I personally think that was because only one exchange supporting them. With more exchanges and their app launched (when it launched) we'll get more volume
But it seems to me that they themselves had to do something to enter other exchanges. I do not think it's that hard.

Few days ago they hire new marketing director but still no improvement into this project it stuck only on low volume exchange. I am also agreed with you it is not a hard task to get recover but we need effective strategy this time to make this possible.
