Project really looks very suspicious, but the team public and not hiding their faces. I don't think it's intentional scam, if it is scam.
You are dead right - we are not hiding! I am the founder of the project, and the co-founder of the Center for Open Science at the Technical University of Sofia. As a doctoral researcher, hiding my achievements is the last thing i would ever do!
