What you asking is really low. Most of the people who had too much faith in the ETH invested their money when ETH was around 1200 USD ATH last time. So I am pretty sure they are the one who are wiling to go beyond the 1,500 rates really. I mean I am myself looking for it to go beyond that because ETH is worth it and the way its been used now a days is really amazing. Most of the ICO really prefer them over other many platform that came later on (waves, Neo, EOS etc). Thus it stands a chance to go up by more than there times the current value.
