You cant pick those good ICOs by guessing you will need a lot of time to do some research so that you wont end up losing your money with these scam ICOs because these new projects are mostly scams,just created to raise funds and eventually going to runaway with the investors which didnt research,cant blame them but its in their hands not to those scammers.
