A retweet does not mean he supports it, also I have no real interest to ask him, its your job to do that to back your bold claim that he made a tweet when he did not. It would of course be great if he came on here to say he supports APR and he stakes APR on his laptop whilst he is busy working
You have indeed made a huge thing of this retweet from Shin Koyamada, you have put it on reddit, twitter, bitcointalk and facebook, it really is your claim to fame, but it was only a retweet!
Further more, I have at no point said your coin is a scam.
Can you please give more details on your claim that you will list APR on Bittrex and Upbit? Have you any dates when APR will be listed on these exchanges? Have you submitted APR to these two exchanges already?
