There is no L3++ and there is only the
L3+. You can easily find the specs and other information directly from the bitmain website: bitmain.com

Though the L3++ is said to be a bit less overclockable than the original L3+. I remember reading that Bitmain said that the L3++ is slightly improved L3+ but most think the L3++ is not as good as older L3+.
