I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) 
and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?
It's obviously that you have chosen bad projects. You should sell them all and invest in Bitcoin or ETH for example. Market researches can be also helpful to find good coins.
