Yes i have experienced one or two twitter bounty campaigns in which i invested my time and efforts but at the get scammed. So i will say that it's not easy to find a legit ICO project because they were active on social media and their project was also good but still they get scam. So i will say you have to look various sources like whitepaper,team behind project and the objective of the project. Be careful while choosing any project.
