I thought it was brilliant that he put a button 'flag for help', and I would like to take credit for it with a comment I posted some time ago. But I don't truly know.

If only we could trust that a bet 'flagged for help' wouldn't get lost in ANY shuffle, I could muster up patience for several days. I would simply alter my betting so that I wouldn't be out more than 10% of my overall btc "wealth" (I just made myself chuckle heartily.)

But the fact that clicking that button now seems to do absolutely nothing -- makes matters much worse from a perceptual level. It acts as an irritant. When it was designed for just the opposite, the fact that faith is now misplaced in it has the exact opposite effect.

I trust BTC365 because he understands the fundamental rule of betting: A bet's a bet. And he stands by that.
