This is what I've been working on all weekend.
Winwoes is fighting like a beast, so I'm having to learn new things to get this going.
And of course the initial design

My services are always for hire, too

Is this really yours?
That is Awesome rig! Love it mate!
Edit: can you make a Youtube ?
Haha, yeah. Really mine

I'll make a youtube video when I get it running finally. I know nothing about linux, but managed to get the 13.11 amd beta drivers installed. I used 12.04, but cgminer 3.4 won't run on 12.04 apparently, and other cgminer versions don't play nice with these cards.
Are those USB to PCIE 1x risers? Cool. Where did you source those?
I see them on eBay:
http://bit.ly/1ec3kysThose are the ones I used. Much better than the ribbon cable garbage. I never got those to work reliably.

Can you PM with me a quote for 2? How stackable/scaleable is this? Very interested

I sure can, I'll need to wait till tomorrow though if that's alright.
I designed it to be scalable and stackable, there's still a few things I plan to change for the final model. The sides will likely be closed with acrylic, and I don't foresee the orientation of the cards being much of an issue. There will be a huge air space above the cards when stacked, the 20" box fan will have no problem pushing that out the back. From some initial research the riser cables can be had for around 6.60/ea in bulk too, so no more than an average riser.
It's pretty heavy duty though, and will be even more so when I find steel rivets instead of aluminum. In the final revision the top tray will be bent deeper, so a second pair of legs can be stacked/keyed on top. Probably use 6/32's to secure them together.

Thats fucking cool man? Whats your av payout?!
Not actually mining with this yet, but I have this much hardware already hashing. Around 3-4/day. I expect this rig to hash at 4.5mh/s
