The next improvement that needs to happen (that probably won't) is that altcoin signature campaigns need to stop accepting Jr. Members with shitty posting histories. Those folks aren't worried about earning merit, because they can employ multiple low-ranked accounts and still earn enough money from the campaigns to feed their indolent families for years.
Do you suggest to force the bounty managers that accept Jr. Members to change the rules of the altcoin signature campaign they manage? How these restrictions should be realized, in your opinion? Although Junior members have no even clickable links in their signatures, many bounty managers still accept them giving the stakes.
