I've never used Telegram myself, I prefer to use the Ubiq Discord chat. It's possible that someone in the community setup a Telegram chat for GEO, I'm unsure.

I gues it would be better if you will create another one Telegram chanel, to keep it under developers control.
I joined it, anyway it is good to have some more chats dedicated to project. It allows authorization via facebook, looks like most of subscribers there is real persons.
I hope community will continue to grow.
