not any fan will work the baikal board has a smaller thinner connector than normal 4 pin fans i went to microcenter and non of thier 6000 rmp fans matched the biakal fan
just cut the wire and coonect
From my experience when purchased from other websites other than Baikal official website fan it does not work but after purchasing from Baikal official website then the fan works. So my recommendation is to buy from Baikal official website.
