Is shield planning to implement smart contracts? Recently I saw a twitter vote about this.
RSK smartcontracts have been on our roadmap from the start, we are most certainly going to try to implement them.

This roadmap isn't 100% accurate as we're planning some new stuff and doing other stuff earlier/later. But it's on there!
