I created an account on ore.bz and made a deposit of 0.2 BTC about 3 weeks ago.
I had 2FA enabled and decided to leave my coins on the exchange. My iPhone doesn't work anymore (simply won't turn on). So there's no way for me to withdraw any coins without having the 6 digits from my authenticator app.
So i created a support ticket and tried to find some help. But the team keeps ignoring me for days! Not a single reply.

wow, but recently I got the coin listed in ore.bz. lucky for me to get this information, thanks for the information. I will be vigilant by not removing my phone. as long as we have mobile phone and authenticator may not be a problem.
