Well, Livecoin isn't the worst exchange, but I thought, that LATX will be listed on other exchange, for example KuCoin.
for now LATX can already be traded in Livecoin, the team in this project will try to register LATX on other exchanges and it requires process. KuCoin is nice exchange place and I also hope LATX will be listed there.
