Yes! We've lowed our hard cap because we've already working MVP and our R&D (research and development) is going faster than it's announced in the road map. we need $15M to launch our application with all functions which'll give the possibility to use blobkchain technology and eliminate roaming. Now we're making stress tests our blockchain and ready to launch very soon and we need investments for marketing and promotion.
