Balance is ZERO 
I was away from my computer last week, so I couldn't do anything for the snapshot. I've downloaded the new wallet, today and attached a few addresses, but the balance says zero. What can I do?

Yes, do not worry. Everyone is facing zero balance on the wallet view after the snapshot. But your coins are still on your address. All you need to do is to generate a couple of addresses then your balance appears again.
