he is trying to scam your btc from you, he could use any one of the hundreds, probably thousands of services to securely change his money, yet he comes to try and trade on this forum, avoid him or you will loose your btc, by all means if you want to take the risk go for it, but nothing to reclaim your funds if his are not sent or cancelled.
