You can not login in two phones with same login credentials.
Definitely can, I tried it and started mining on both of them, no issues there. But I was wondering if you also get more ETN this way?
Ofcource you can but it is against the miner T&C's, you will not be paid for two accounts on same credentials, you can use two different credentials instead
