I give them the credibility to continue activities in some channels. but uploading videos takes less time, and does not solve all the questions

Why is it so hard for many ICO's to hire a manager who will get some ICO-token?

I appreciate their youtube videos, most of them are really informative. But this is not really interacting with the community, that's what I'm missing.
