Yes, assuming that you have the private key on your paper wallet (which should be the case).
There are 3 sellers currently selling @0.2 or below please contact them to close a deal. Should you not be able to find a seller I'll put you on the order book later.
Also, I contacted the other 2 buyers @0.24 and 0.25 and asked them to contact sellers. I'll remove their orders should I not hear back from them.
