I would start a ticket on their support page with screenshots of your transaction completed. It being sent during the time window will show. My transaction now shows complete even though it was listed as expired earlier. There was about seven hours inbetween so give it a few. Creating the support ticket should help with the feeling of needing to do something in the meantime. Once it changes to paid you can go back and close the ticket so as to not waste people's time.
