Premined coins will (mostly, for what I have seen so far) be premined in the genesis block. I don't want to fall into arguments with you, but honestly it is strange if premined didn't not made in the genesis block.
I understand what you're saying, but think about it like this. How could they mine 150k coins in the first day of launch when there are only 8 coins created with each block? After some digging, you were correct about the genesis block though. Here is the link where they transferred the coins out of the genesis block:
