Within the online platform they allow landlords to receive tenant applications and process a lease as well! Which is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Their site seems very user-friendly, I just wish they had a mobile App for my phone but I read online that this is in the works and should be available soon. The utility use of this coin makes it very valuable and helps expand on its potential.
