Yes I believe that my religion will save me and I am a Muslim.
If you do not believe in your religion you are kafir.
Allah Ta'ala said,

لَا إكْرَاه فِي الدِّين قَدْ تَبَيَّنَ الرُّشْد مِنْ الْغَيّ

“There is no compulsion in religion. It is clear between righteousness and error "(Surah Al Baqarah: 256)
