This has been done to safeguard contributor/investor interests. In the unlikely event of DEEP AERO ICO not meeting its softcap, funds will be refunded to contributors. The company will not be able to use these funds. This has been enforced by the ERC20 smart contract.

Wow this is a great project. The fact that you are willing to refund is a sign that the company don't want to take advantage of its investors. Hopefully it gains more support and people appreciate the concept of Deep Aero.
