It is a good price for those who want to invest with a low price. Don't expect huge amount with bitcoin immediately, it also takes time to recover and as what I can see, it is now recovering after the dips. Let's just wait for months to recover. Who knows? Maybe bitcoin will pump up again more than the last ATH's. 
I didn't say that you must expect that, I just want to say that, bitcoin also needs time before it totally recovers.
