Both Sportsbet and Nitrogen are the 2 best BTC sportsbooks, hands down.
I've never heard of the other ones you mentioned, but I currently have pending wagers at both Sportsbet and Nitrogen.
And yesterday I settled bets at both of these sportsbooks, so I'm not sure what the point of this thread is?
