This is awesome I would like to see more countries adopt it. However many questions remain about it's validity, whose the seller and who is guaranteeing them. Is the bank going to accept this and can it be used to buy and sell there. Most importantly is it tradeable at preev rates or what rates. Is there someone from Singapore who can shed light on this.
