When I pressed the link and pressed zoom at the picture it got auto downloaded a file to my pc.

I have requested the full log with support chat, but seems like they won't give it up.
theres no zipfile anywhere, just a screenshot inside discord which appearently shows nothing of importance.
please show us the virus file that infected you?
