The first hard fork is scheduled for block 500,000, roughly 6 weeks from now.
It will enable:

- Dynamic fees
- 4x more transactions per block
- Multi-out transactions (up to 64 recipients per transaction)

The Fork will be in about Six Weeks from now but we are already seeing high price rise in burst coin. I think it will continue to rise for all this time period and we shall be crossing the All time high.
