I never used Hitbtc exchange site. But i need to use it because one of my coins doing good there
But my elder brother told me hitbtc not safe totally , it stucked deposit money /Withdraw. What about now? is it safe now?

I have never experienced this kind of issue with HITBTC. It is an exchange I use frequently and it has been good. Having a problem with one transaction process being it a deposit or withdrawal doesn't render the exchange bad. I never used Hitbtc exchange site.
