I bought Verge when it was 0.08$. But recent hype related to secret partnershit did not turn out to be a success as the price went down immediately following the official annoucement of the partnership. Now, I lost in BTC value around 30% as the price did not get to my sell order. Therefore, the question to pro traders, should I hold or get rid of that scoin? Thanks in advance!
I would hold on for a while with Verge, I am surprised that the price went in the opposite direction especially considering the porn industry has been the leader in many new forms of media and the potential that Mindgeek the parent company could bring, maybe it will take time but I think holding is not the worst thing you could do.
Well, I wasn't surprised. I saw how Verge swung on every good news, and you have to remember, it actually climbed/pumped during the announcement of the secret deal, all that hype and optimism were priced in. When I finally saw the reveal, I actually expected prices to plunge but my sell order still triggered at 1200 satoshi, so my real surprise was that it spiked first before declining. Still a good coin to buy for the short term, it will probably hit past 1500 sats a few more times before people realize it's not exactly a special kind of Monero.
