That is why I focused more on signature campaigns instead of multimedia campaigns since that type of bounty usually have a lot of participants since it is much easier and as I observed the harder tha campaign is the fewer the participants and the better the reward will be.
I once proposed that if bounty managers want to make campaigns more stringent, then they may decide to use a merit system like that which is done on BTT. It could help the quality of campaigns, especially signature campaigns.
