We've got some questionable requests that are under an investigation.
What is it exactly that you are investigating and how can you still not be done with it after more than 2 months?
And also, what makes you believe that the requests are "questionable"?
I made a deposit and made two successful withdrawals from it. I did not play anything in between those two withdrawals and the withdrawal I requested afterwards that has been pending for 2 months, so nothing has changed. If everything was fine with the first withdrawals, then everything should be fine with this withdrawal too.
I also have a 65mbtc withdrawal pending for more than a month now. Initially I preferred settling with the casino directly and privately but they have not been offering me much help. I've talked to the live chat support for countless times yet every single time without fail they give me the same exact answers like: "Your withdrawal is being processed", "I have sent a request to financial/technical department to speed up the process", "I have no such information on when you will receive it, you just have to wait", or "We will solve it as soon as possible" which don't answer my questions at all and is frustrating because they're essentially saying I need to wait indefinitely.
I made 4 withdrawals previously with the highest being only 80mbtc. I really don't understand why there's such a huge delay as compared to last time; I don't think my total withdrawals are a large sum and on top of that my current withdrawal is smaller than what I requested before.
The previous withdrawals is the only reason why I still have a little bit of faith. Nonetheless, I find it difficult to accept the live support's patronising answers and lack of transparency. Since I'm not the only one here with the same issue, I think it's time the casino give us a proper and legit explanation that makes sense? Alternatively, the casino can also choose to cash us out accordingly in 24-48 hours as promised instead?
