Ya they are an exchange also but for sure their exchange will not yet be ready by the time ICO ends so it will not help your hope. Smiley. And sadly i have been collecting ICO tokens since the beginning for almost a year now but until now i still haven't benefitted from those tokens yet since they are still very low in price and i dont want to just throw them away for few cents.
