He is obviously NOT great at taking feedback or we'd know who he was by now or at least have some reason to trust him other than "no complaints so far." Christ, you actually think a month of being active on the forum is sufficient proof of trustworthiness?
Wow...that is completely opposite of what bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general are about. How does knowing the guy's personal identity determine how he runs his business? He could be Jesus Christ and I wouldn't use the service if he had lots of complaints.
Likewise, he could be Ted Bundy, using a prison library computer, and I WOULD use his service if it has a good track record.
Judging business on personalities is an outgrowth of fiat currencies and socialism/Marxism. In the anonymous free market that bitcoin provides, reputation and competency are all that really matters.
