Good plan. But my view that simplest creation of smart contract on Waves platform could be a problem for Waves. Now we have enormous number of garbage tokens on Waves and I think that we will have enormous number of garbage smartcontracts in future. I more like model of NEO, where creation of token is not cheap and it is real barrier for scammers.
