Hello, when does the week start and when do I submit reports on Twitter? 
Your week starts on the timestamp you filled out the google form.
Rewards are calculated if you joined in the middle of the week for example.
Another problem appeared in Twitter bounty: there is nothing to retweet&like, i have already liked&retweeted all your posts and you don't do any new.
So on i have only 4 RT&likes in week 3rd, but it is required at least 7. Please, do more new posts in your Twitter, make us able to do like&RT.
