find an ip which is the fastest. copy and save it somewhere.

and change your host --> C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
edit your host file and add europe.cryptonight-hub.miningpoolhub.com
save your file and try to run.
* do not put "#" in front of your IP in your host file *

Why on earth do I have to do this crap?

Because your DNS provider sucks and doesn't resolve the hostname to a proper IP address.
Use CloudFlare's 1.1.1.1 1.0.0.1 public DNS servers and you should be fine.
