You should start by registering to exchanges you want to trust. For a list of good exchanges to register too, you might want to refer to this guide. Before investing onto coins though, make your own due research.
I think your capital is enough to start trading. In fact, I have started with a 50$ capital(way back 2016 a year before I registered into this forum). You will be fine so long as you know well the coins you will invest into, and diversify your investments. Furthermore, study trading first before starting.
