To me, it appears that you've only received 1 legitimate merit. And yes, I know that you cannot control who sends you merits, however I do not see a reason why someone would attempt to attack you like this, nor a reason where you would suddenly obtain a huge amount of merits on posts that most people wouldn't even read.
