A general overhauling is required since the old ideas didn't bring assumed results neither in Minereum with that application nor Artemine to facilitate ICO factories. There is still huge potential since the basic structure is existed juts need to change the priorities and concept which to work and devs may already discussing this behind the doors.

Why not Binance too. No need to dream MNE will be listed on Bittrex due to difficult requirements. Anyway, Big exchange does not guarantee a rise in prices. Maybe it will only increase volume in daily trading.
