the problem is, that coinexchange.io is maintaining the wallet for several weeks...

You cant send your funds to the official vsx wallet.

Coinexchange knows about the update just as everyone else. It's up to them to update and enable the wallet, we can't do it, we don't own coinexchange, they do.
We reminded them many times over twitter, support ticket, discord, and forums to update and enable the wallet asap.
