How long does it take for block confirmation? I see in the pool that 254 blocks have been mined with 0 confirmed. Also how often does the pool payout and what is minimum payout amount. Thank you in advance.

At the minute teh block reward is 1% or normal, 0.05 instead of 5
After two days the instamine protection will end and normal payment will begin.
