Ethereum should have bounced back to the center axle, and the price can go up and down.
Buterin has tweeted both the sharding and PoS are just around the corner. As usually happens after important achievements by developers ETH price will bounce up to conquer new heights. Just sit back and wait.
And good thing is in that regard Buterin is highly reliable. He wouldn't tweet it just to pump the price. He only does it when it's true.
